ALLY, Inc.

ALLY (Alternative Living for Later Years), Inc. was formed in 1984 with the mission to promote and implement a cooperative lifestyle for older adults, age 60 and older, in a shared senior housing environment.  The endeavor was to enable seniors to remain in a homelike setting, living independently, but in a shared single-family home environment.  Ally promotes a caring support system utilizing existing community services.  ALLY, Inc. joined The Affordable Homes Group in August of 2009 and became part of a greater organization seeking to provide affordable housing solutions to individuals and families of every age and from every background. 

ALLY has three existing facilities; two in Cinnaminson and one in Medford.  These units are single family dwellings.  We currently have an opening in Medford and two in Cinnaminson.

To apply for ALLY’s shared senior housing, you must:

• submit an application

• be 62+ years old

• must meet income guidelines

• be able to live independently; including preparing own meals

• able to live cooperatively in a shared facility (sharing common living & dining areas and kitchen)

 Low Income

1 – person, maximum income $28,150

 Moderate Income

1 – person, maximum income $44,950
