Warehouse Fire

On Friday, January 19th, 2007, the warehouse of The Salt & Light Company caught fire.  The building itself is badly damaged and, at least for the time being, completely unusable.  We also lost nearly all of the warehouse contents in the fire, including furniture and materials we store to supply seventy transitional housing units in Burlington and Camden counties through our People First! program.  We need help.

We are in great need of furniture and materials to supply our People First! residences.  We lost beds, mattresses, linens, blankets, pillows, sofas, tables and chairs, dressers, lamps and lampshades, house wares, and many, many supplies.
