The week of November 15th, 2004 we went back to Michigan to visit multiple towns and properties with opportunities for housing projects. One of our visits was to a home we acquired this last year in the small town of Yale, which is now in its very final stages of renovation and will be going to closing next week. We had the privilege of meeting two wonderful people for the first time. Tom Coleman, a local real estate agent, helped us market the property and found Nicole, the perfect buyer for the home. Nicole is a mother of three who will now be moving back to the town where she grew up and has wanted to live with her own family. During our visit, Nicole told us that when the first saw the house, before any of the work had started, she thought, "No way." Tom helped her see the bigger pictures, that this home would be completely refinished to offer its new owner a nice, quality home. Nicole decided the house was right for her, and was able to participate in selecting many of the elements that went into into the remodeling process. Today, she tells us, she couldn't be happier.
