Affordable Rental Housing Available for Victims of Domestic Violence Affordable 2-bedroom units are now available to very-low income homeless persons who have been displaced due to domestic violence. Occupancy is limited to single parent with up to two children.
The cause of an applicant's homelessness must be verified by a third party Domestic Violence Service Provider Agency.

The two unfurnished apartment units are available in Delran, NJ.
Rent amount is $1617. State Project-Based Rental Assistance will be available.
Tenants will pay 30% of their income. Maximum income for two persons $27,456.
Maximum income for three persons $30,888.
Income verification will be required.
Tenant is responsible for utilities.
Applications are being received from 04/15/2024 to 04/19/2024.
